Lucy's first employment was with Royal Designer for Industry, Matthew Hilton. It was here Lucy picked up the rigorous approach demanded by industrial design and an understanding of materials and manufacturing technologies. 2009 - 2013 Lucy worked as a designer at PearsonLloyd. She led projects working closely with Tom and Luke on disciplines like the workplace, retail, healthcare, tableware, public realm, and transport. In 2013 Lucy established her own design studio balancing the rigor of industrial design with the softer qualities of furniture design.
